Had this book on my old kindle (since replaced) and now can’t remember what it was called!! Bloody menopausal memory!
It’s about a middle class American married couple, who live in a very smart apartment block, I think in New York. They have an autistic son (I think he’s 10).
The story is told by the husband and is him observing his wife, her character, her interactions with friends and neighbors. She is very sociable and bake friends with anyone she meets.
He is reflecting on their differences, and their marriage. In the end it turns out she’s having an affair.
I loved it, it’s something different.
Anyone recognise it?
