Please tell me some of your favourites. I know dh has bought me a couple that I would have got on audible - hamnet & shuggie bain

I enjoyed crawdads & hearts invisible furies. Have lots already but would love some recs to help me decide. Love Maggie O'Farrell, Sarah waters, Amy Tan, Lianne Moriarty & most of the awesome Irish women who are doing great right now!

I'm usually quite frugal with credits so wait for BOGOFs & use daily deal sometimes so have 12 of my annual 24 left

Thanks for any input 😁

The rivers of London series is fun and the narrator is fantastic.
American Dirt was compelling, hard at times but worth it.
A gentleman in Moscow is so lovely, as was All the light we cannot see.
The watchmaker of filigree Street was great too.

Nothing by an Irish woman but you seem to have a good range of those already.

Don't forget if you get one and you don't like it, it's very simple to return it and get something else.

Surprised myself by really enjoying Thursday Murder Club. Lesley Manville reads very well.

These are great thanks!

@tobee I've read the paying guests - actually woke & sat bolt upright in bed in the middle of the night & when trying to work out what was wrong, realised that I was anxious for the characters! Great book!

I'm part way through The Postscript Murders by Elly Griffiths. Read by Nina Wadia (love her!) and it's good. I'm a huge Elly Griffiths fan though!

If you liked The Girl With the Louding Voice I’m sure you will love ‘Where Women are Kings’. Same narrator.

mollscroll · 20/12/2020 20:00

I’d use them all up on the Cazalet Chronicles beautifully narrated by Jill Balcon. Will get you through any miserable time.
