Anyone know this book of short stories?

I read in uni a few years and I remember one story about a young woman meeting an older man on a park bench and he died, then she ended up have sex with his corpse on a hospital bed. So bizzare but I remember the short stories being a bit weird but a good read.

I know, i mean that short summary just makes it sound even more brutal haha. But the stories were really good even if insane.

I only know of Franz Kafka writing weird short stories like that!

I've always tried to remember what the collection was called and just can't, although the books "sticky fingers" seem to have the same sort of theme - weird, dark twists

It wasn’t an Alasdair Grey book was it? Years since I read his books but he did short stories which were incredibly twisted and dark but also brilliant.
