Just started Vanity Fair... I fear I may be a while!

I’ve just started Vanity Fair. I’m on page 55 and my Kindle says I’m only 6% of the way through the book so far! I had no idea it was such a long book!

I’m a fast reader but this is going to take me a while!

Has anyone else read it?

It's one of my favourite books - but then your taste might be different from mine.

Yes, I loved it too. It took me ages to get around to reading it, as we had a really old edition in our house, with tiny type and it was a bit off putting. Once I started it though there was no stopping me.
