I am very socially awkward, terrible! I'm not a business person trying to make money. Would you recommend this book for me?

I've got nothing to do during this lock-down so I need something to read.

Is it the type of book that you can read cover to cover or should you read 1 chapter at a time and try to put what the chapter says into practise before you move on. - Obviously I can't do that now because I'm banned from seeing my friends because of the damn Corona Virus.

Blimey I read this a very long time ago. So my recollection of it is quite vague, but I think it is about making money, not friends. I'm sure someone on here could suggest something more suitable for you to read.

I read it ages ago, can't really remember much about it so I guess it didn't have much of an influence on me!Grin I seem to remember it was enjoyable enough, not heavy going.

Years ago, yes. It's a quick read.

Theres loads of pages you can skip as he/she gives loads of examples for each principle. I think it was written decades ago

I can't remember much about it either. Blush

DD1 age 22 has just read it.

He's finishing his Masters and is about to (try and) go out into the world of work.

He has Asperger's and is very proactive in trying to help himself.

He said it was very helpful.

Yes!

Using the tips from this book- I actually remember being surprised I could carry a conversation with others so easily.

I've read is and would recommend it but I do think I need to read it again.

I read it at Avery stressful time so I'm not sure how much of it sunk in.
