I mostly read too because I find listening too slow, but I've been doing a lot of quilting lately and audio books are excellent to go with that.

I just went to have a quick look and there are several things I'm interested in which I would probably have missed.

You can't always get what you want when you want, but you can listen to audiobooks free with your library membership. Search on your library website.

It's sci-fi today. May I very, very, very strongly recommend the Bobiverse trilogy by Dennis E Taylor, first one is We are Legion (We are Bob).

I also recommend The Nothing Girl and its sequel The Something Girl by the woman who wrote the St Mary's series. They're not sci-fi, only borderline fantasy by having a huge invisible horse as a main character. Honestly better than you might think from my description.
