What do you do with books once you've read them

Just that really.

I write in the book what I thought of it and ask the next reader to do the same and then pass it on.

Perhaps it's defacing the book but I like doing that and don't keep a book once I've read it unless it's a reference book.

What does everyone else do once they have finished a book?

I read about 10 books a month and don't have space to keep them all. I give them all away part from self help.

I love curating them for friends so pass a lot on that way.

We also set up a Little Free Library outside our house so I put lots in there for the community.

If there's second charity hand book sales I will take a load there too.

I either pass them on to dm or put them on the bookshelf at work. It’s an old bookshelf I had that I took to the office and people have started adding books.

When I’ve been with dh in nz and staying in motels I left a book and took a book.
