Please can someone recommend me a novel for 16-year-old DD? She has reasonably wide tastes. Currently enjoying Little Women. Also enjoys Philip Pullman books. (Have already bought her the recently published one as a Christmas present.) DD is doing French and Spanish for A level, so might be interested in reading French or Spanish novels in English translation. Any suggestions appreciated!
