It is excellent - I read it whilst depressed and traumatised after ds's birth. It was very good. Always recommend it to my friends when they become first time mums. It really deals with all the changes that you don't imagine before birth.

Brilliant book - the only thing that made sense to me when I had my first baby. It is the closest to reality - some of the books set expectations too high
