Book about visiting grandparents

DH is taking DD to visit his parents in a few weeks. Dd doesn't see them often (only 2-3 times a year) so I wanted to prepare and find a book about visiting grandparents.

She's not a fan of Spot the dog and if its a story about a girl visiting grandparents - what would be great. Already had a look on Amazon and nothing looks good

Any suggestion would be great. Many thanks

blossom, although this book called grandmother's clock isn't about grandparents per se - it's more about the passage of time etc - it's a lovely read and dd1 (now 4 but has had this since she was nearly 3)adores it

My ds has a book called 'Small' about a little boy who goes to visit has granny. they have a lovely time and she even lets him eat chocolate buttons in the bath! then he realises he's left small (his special toy mouse) behind...cue an adventure as the intrepid rodent climbs doen the drainpipe of Toms house and sets off to find him...incredible journey style...

Topsy and Tim visit Granny and Granpa is the title of the book......not available on Amazon so you will have to look around for it. Or a nice MN might have a copy you could borrow. HTH
