Has anyone read this?

This was my last read of 2016 and I loved it.

I have read both of her previous novels and especially enjoyed the tenderness of wolves but thought this topped that.

I'm fascinated by polar exploration and the limitations placed on women at that time. Highly recommended!

Yes, I have, and I also loved it. I haven't read either of her previous books, but I've added them onto my "to-read" list.
