Anyone read this? Started really well, developed well, then just seemed to ... Fizzle ....

Read another of his books, The Wild Things, and hated it. Suspect he is, like Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, not my thing.

I've read it. Thought it was okay but not brilliant. Absolutely love, 'A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius' though.
