Hi, I've just subscribed and am already stuck!

I have been looking through the recipes and I don't understand the servings? For example a recipe I looked at said it was 4 servings but the quantities could never have been that (it had quantities like 1/2 and avocado and 60g of rice....). Do I have to times the recipe quantities by 4 to cook for the whole family?

Then the serving size thing which you can change - what's that for? When I change it, it just increases the points?

Apologies if I sound daft I just don't get it!!! 🤷

I find the recipe does show the number of servings.
However tiny they seem to be!
They are not all like that though, some definitely give you more food than others.

Ah thanks - I ended up making up my own recipe and tracking that instead. I can see this is going to take some getting used to!

I have been on it for a month and have found making my own recipes using mostly zero point food the best option.i have lost 12 lb . I use my points for treats and earn a lot of points through exercise 🏃‍♀️
