How is everyone finding the new plan?
I'm looking into joining but wondered what the reality was like of actually using it ?
Is it worth it ? How does it compare to SW?

Have joined online and have done a few different plans with WW over the years. Enjoying this one. Seems easier to stick to. Never done SW so can't compare. 6.5lbs down in two weeks.

I like the plan. I did WW for a year and have just 'finished'. It worked great for me - it tries to encourage lifestyle change so it's sustainable. You start off with a limited number of 'points', but you earn more for activity, eating healthy veg, and drinking water. Foods high in sugar/fat cost lots of points, healthy foods are often 0 points. There's a questionnaire you do to get your list of 0 point foods and you can play around with it till you get something that works for you.
The app is great, although time consuming at first while you get used to it, and while you gradually get your favourite foods added in.

The new plan is like the old blue plan which worked for me.
Everyone will be on the same so that sharing recipes with others will be possible again.
I also hope they slim down the app as it became difficult to navigate.
