Can anybody give me a quick lesson on weightwatchers?

I am 10 stone 2lbs, 50 years old and, 5'1 I saw myself in a mirror yesterday and I thought I was ALL thick middle. I've gone up two dress sizes in the last two years. I was very forgiving of myself when I went from 10 to 12 but now the 12s are straining and I bought size 14s just to help me out til I lose a few pounds.

I know I could pay up, but I am a single parent paying for my phone, two teens' phones, netflix, spotify you name it, haemorrhaging money.

Try my fitness pal. It's free .. weight watchers works on points and you need the app to work them out for you so can't do it without joining really . I Prefer SlimmingWorld though And have lost a stone in isolation without being hungry!
