Hello! Smile Today I signed back up to Weight Watchers. I have been off the wagon since way before Christmas, so 4 stone to get to my target weight. Find it so hard for the first week or so, then it becomes more routine. ARGH such a long way to go. Blush

Hi all. Can I join in? I started on Thursday because I knew that the chronic illness that I have is made worse by being overweight. The pain I've been in is too much. I've also been suffering with severe constipation. I remembered how well I felt when last on WW so made the decision. You know when you just get to that point? I am now motivated. It has only been 4 days but already I am starting to feel better physically. I'm on purple, which I like. Only today have I dipped into my weeklies. That was because I had Staffordshire oatcakes. They are 4pts each! I had 2 presuming they would be similar to bread. Seeing as they are made from oats you would have thought they would be low, but no. Although I'm pleased that 2x bacon medallions are 1 point. I haven't weighed myself yet (weigh in is Thursday) but know roughly what is.

I joined three weeks ago and lost 3kg. I’m on the green plan. Finding it quite easy but it’s restrictive, no doubt about that. I mean 7 pts for a glass of wine ☹️☹️

I've switched from purple to green to be accountable for everything. My portion sizes were out of control so free pasta, rice and potatoes weren't the way forward. I weigh tomorrow weigh in number 4 lost 10lbs in the first 3 weeks.

I'm coming to the end of week 2 - I spent Friday fell-running, and didn't try to count points as a result (I'd have starved otherwise), but have been on track on every other day. Still using my weeklies, although not all of them.

Two days until my first weigh in! I've been doing ww for 5 days now - seems forever!! - and am quite pleased with it. It will be the numbers that spoil it lol.

My weight has gone up very slightly since last week, but I am still around 2kg down on my start point two weeks ago, so trying not to worry about it too much.
