snowed in for 3 days = eating all round myself

so much like most of the country (ireland), I am snowed in. I was organised enough to shop before the snow hit but I think that was a bad thing. I am eating all round myself! I have 2 dresses to fit in this year, and the first one is in 8 weeks. Doc says I have 10 kgs to loose. The dresses both fit, but I wouldn't want to eat anything the day before to actually be comfy. Got them anyway to inspire myself to healthier life style but am failing. Especially now i am stuck indoors with cabin fever. Did get out and walk today for an hour in the wind and snow to prevent insanity and more eating!!! So as I am failing on my own, I am joining WW on wednesday. I need a little help here, and if I have someone to report too each week, I might not reach for the nutella and a spoon!!! Anyone else stuck in with their tempting cupboards?

Hi GrassWasGreener at least you got yourself out for a walk. That’s about an hour more exercise than I’ve managed. I missed my WW meeting this week as it was the snowiest day. Diet plan a bit of a disaster since then. I do great all day but feel miserable and hungry by evening and it all goes to hell. I hope you have stronger willpower than me. Good luck! (You’d be best finishing the Nutella now to get it out the way!)

What is it with foul weather and eating!! I am just the same - and I am using WW. When the sun is shining dieting is so much easier.
