I have joined up online. I don’t have much to lose but want to lose what I do have before an operation I am due to have.

It appears WW has changed lots since I last did it. From what I can see, eggs, veg and fruit are my friend!

I am vegetarian too by the way.

Any of your top tips or saviour recipes/snacks would be gratefully received Smile

If your veggie, try this, my fave at the moment.

Tin of chickpeas. Cucumber peppers tomatoes, salad onions, drizzle of olive oil, black olives, crushed dried chillies.
So filling and so tasty.

Keep looking at Connect, it’s the best way to get new ideas and meet people with the same dietary requirements as you xx

I am a gold member and I find low point dinners / lunches are great sometimes... egg fried cauliflower rice, butternut squash chips.

Scrambled eggs with salsa mixed in at the end. It's so yummy!!!

Overnight oats ( 1/2 cup oats, topped 1/2 cup fat free yoghurt, topped with fruit) lots of veggie food that's not cheese or nuts is pretty near no count.
