Help! Pre-period chocolate craving about to derail me

I have this thing every month where about a week before my period I get massive cravings for chocolate/sweet things.

I also binge when my partner is out and he is out tonight. I'm terrified that all my good work will be undone as weigh in day is tomorrow.

I have 16 smart points left for tea (which is 7points) and anything after. So basically 9 points to try and satisfy my chocolate craving. Any tips? I've been so good for. 3 odd weeks and it's going to go wrong.... I can feel it!

Have you got some weeklies to use?

Yes I made a small flapjack for myself and had a bit of chocolate sauce on it. Pathetic I know but I needed a sugar xraving!

Argh I got a Cadbury flake cream on the school run because the little one was having one. 12pts. Annoying.

I was doing so well today then ate loads of cheese puffs and a pint of beer.

Just think how much better you're eating even with a blip than before weight watchers, we'd both probably have had lots more rubbish today.

It's weird, I don't crave chocolate at all, thought I would, can't stop snacking on crisps though.
