Has anyone else done weight watchers whilst breastfeeding? I'm four weeks in and consistently losing but finding it hard to eat my 52 points a day without resorting to chocolate/biscuits, which is what got me here in the first place!
Obviously eating these in a more controlled way by sticking to points but I think although I'm losing weight I could still be more healthy.
Any ideas for high point but healthier snacks? So far all I've thought of is houmous.
I'm using about 8 points for breakfast 8-10 for lunch and 25 for dinner so I'm having decent sized meals and lots of fruit and veg but still ending up with 10-12 points left which invariably goes on chocolate/ice cream/biscuits. Don't want to eat under 52 points because I'm worried it would affect milk supply.
