So had (restaurant portions):
About 4 thai crackers dipped in sweet chilli sauce
4 small chicken skewers with peanut sauce (probably about 2 tbsp)
Stir fried chicken with basil and garlic (in a watery/soy sauce - no coconut milk) and about a third of a portion of boiled rice.
I've guestimated about 30 points. Does that sound reasonable? Any advice welcome!
