I thought how it worked was you get so many points a day and you eat within them but now there pro points? And filling healthy? It's all so confusing! I'm already pissed off with it and I haven't even started yet Blush

Yes, thats what pro-points are - your leader should have worked out your allowance based on your weight/age/height. Food is given a points value which you should be able to find in the app, the shop and eating out guides, or by using the calcuator. Its based on a calculation of carbs, fibre, protein and fat. You also get an additional 49 weekly points which you can use at any time/day of your choice - ie I tend to save them for the weeknd. The alternative is Filling and Healthy - you eat freely (without weighing or measuring) from the list of Filling and Healthy foods (www.weightwatchers.co.uk/images/2057/dynamic/GCMSImages/Food_List.pdf) until satisfied. Any of the food thats not on the filling and healthy list is taken out of your weekly 49 points. Surprised your leader didnt explain or at least give you a book? Ours asks new members to stay at the end so she can talk new joiners through it.
