Hi! I started WW this week (again!
) and on the first day on my 7 day menu plan there was a grilled chicken salad. I hate chicken breasts, as they are always dry and chewy. However, I cooked mine according to this link and I got the most amazing, juicy, fantastic chicken breast!
I marinated the chicken breast in brine for half an hour before cooking on a non-stick frying pan as per the timings and method of the link.
My chicken salad was AMAZING! I am actually going to do it again today, as it was so delicious.
