Filling and healthy day- Is this too much?

So I've been counting points for 6 weeks and lost 10.8lbs so far which I'm thrilled about. I've started a few filling and healthy days but usually ended up switching to points at lunchtime. But this is day 2 of following filling and healthy properly and I really like it! Worried I might be eating too much though. Would be so grateful for opinions on my 2 days worth of menus...... Day 1- B: Porridge (40g), L: Warbutons thin with 2 sliced eggs followed by bowl of greek yoghurt with banana and crumbled weetabix, D: Chicken, jacket potato, salad (don't think day 1 was to bad?????) Day 2 - B: Porridge, L: Salmon stir fry (loads of veg!) planned T: Beef casserole with veg and potatoes (points counted for gravy) Also planning greek yoghurt, banana and 1 weetabix again for later when kids are in bed. I know I can only try it and see but feel like I'm finally into the right frame of mind for loosing weight and don't want to blow it!

Stick with what you like! I work as a helper doing weigh ins and we always easy if it works for you, keep doing it! I have lost a lot doing PP (107lb) so I know it like the back of my hand but I can see a lot of benefits in doing f&h. Well done on your loss too!

Thank you. Planning on splitting the week a bit and having 3 days f&h and 4 days pp Smile Smile

If its working and you're losing don't sweat the portion sizes. I was a WW diamond leader for 5 years (left earlier this year). I've done both parts of the plan & mix/match also. I'm not working at the mo so find F&H easier to stick to than when I'm working. Keep up the great work - persistence is key :) Oh and variety in your foods/seasoning to stop repitition & boredom creeping in
