how does your day look on simple start / filling & healthy?

Can you share how your day looks on Ss / f&h
Do you have any non fruit snacks between meals or do you use the 49 weeklies for them.
I had thins toasted for breakfast with an egg (7.30) lunch was hm leek soup and a tuna salad ww wrap. I know I'm going to be hungry by dinner tonight, how do you get through the day?
Any ideas are really helpful, I'm getting confused totally with these diets.?

I just eat more for meals and don't really snack. So today I've had fruit and a pot of 0% fat yoghurt, pasta salad for lunch with banana and apple and I'm going to have chicken and chickpea curry and rice for tea. I don't use points for snacks as I like my wine Grin . What are these weightwatchers wraps? I haven't been eating any bread at all on h&f days.

I would eat more that that tbh. Then you won't need to snack

Breakfast : x2 eggs with piece toast. Grilled mushrooms and tomatoes

Lunch: the leek soup, and Tuna wrap but make sure wrap is full of healthy salad greens. Spinach, sping onions, pea shoots, cucumber, and tuna

If you really need a snack I would have a few blanched almonds

Tobysmum, the weightwatcher wraps/tortilla. Made up with tuna salad- they are in the simple start leaflet as calorie controlled breads.

I would say yes, its the items in all the books/leaflets highlighted in green. Mostly the ww products.

The wraps are allowed, just been to a group paid my money and asked the questions. Nice lady did say if you do feel the need for substantial snacks have more at meals.

I'm doing: shredded wheat & banana for breakfast; apple mid-morning; jacket potato & beans or crumpets & eggs, or leftovers for lunch; pasta or rice with veg/quorn/passata, or meat & salad for tea. And then I use my spare points on chocolate in the evenings! Sometimes I have some low-fat crisps mid-afternoon as well instead.

Well, officially you can have as many as you like (which may explain why I'm not losing weight very quickly...)

Tobysmum- if the app is the same as the download Iyou get when you pay monthly (simple start) The food list is in the How it works - what to eat section.
Eva's- I would have more than 1 thin unless it had a burger in the middle, they don't fill up much space.
Going to embrass it today and go to the gym.??.

I'll give them a try. Don't quite understand the logic when the wholemeal bread I have is 88 calories per slice and they are 100 but what do I know?

I buy the popcorn kernels from the health food shop and snack on those their free on f&h

Good suggesting,I think I'll get some popcorn to have with drinks at the weekend. Oh will want big bag of Frazzles.

Mmmm frazzles.
I always take out points from my weekly a for a bar of green & blacks that way I know have a chocolate treat to look forward to at the weekend
