Low point noodles for stir fry

Anyone know which noodles have the lowest points? I have the amoy straight to wok medium which work out as 12pp for a 150g pouch (I make to serve 2 but could easily eat the lot!). I love salmon stir fry but by the time I've added the salmon it works out as quite a lot of points Sad

I think noodles and salmon are a bad combination. If you do a healthy and filling day then you can manage salmon stir fry for free as long as you just use soy sauce and eat brown rice. I only ever eat noodles with veg only.

and if you want it a bit more filling do egg fried rice fried in low cal spray, with Brown rice that's also free on an h&f day.

I think Holland and Barrett (and maybe other places) sell zero noodles?

Yes, Shirataki noodles. They take a bit of getting used to (rinse very well and dry fry) but I really like them now.

0pp, I think.

Ahhh yes I was also thinking a bad combination but so yummy (and moderately healthy) Huge thanks for the 0pp noodle recommendation- will have a look out for those Smile

My best find since joining WW is Blue Dragon Wholewheat Noodles. They only take aprox 4mins to boil. Taste as good as fresh pasta. About £1.30 for 6 nests in Asda.

Same ingredients as Wholewheat pasta (but nicer!), so I don't point it on F&H.

Thanks bigpaws - will definitely get some of those Smile
