If I remember correctly only up until 12 weeks and then you have to wait until after your 6 week check.

RunnerBeen · 11/04/2014 08:26

Yes you can, not sure of the details and i think they put you on a programme to maintain weight rather than lose it. Best way to find out is to go to a meeting or call local meeting leader, they are really friendly and helpful.

I was booted out of ww when I got pregnant last year, not sure if that's changed though.

Vajazzler · 11/04/2014 08:32

Slimming world accepts pregnant members with the permission if your midwife iirc.

janeemyoung · 21/04/2014 08:13

No you can't. You must have your 6 week check following your pregnancy before you can rejoin. I got to gold last June the day I found out I was pregnant. I had to leave but rejoined last week to lose my baby weight. Fortunately if you're a gold member you get 6 months free after giving birth to allow you to get to gold again. Good luck ??

Ooh thats worth knowing. I'm a gold member, and have been for about 18months now, after losing 2 stones. I didn't kno about having 6 months free following giving birth to get bk to goal... Is this the deal in the UK do u kno?

you could always print out the h&f foods and try to base your diet on them as far as possible. h&f isn't really a diet, it's more of a healthy eating plan?

FriendofDorothy · 10/05/2014 07:50

No, but you can join Slimming World.
