According to weighing scales have put on 4 pounds since Saturday. I did have a Chinese on weekend however I have been really careful and I have been exercising a lot more.

I have been with WW for two weeks and I have lost 9 pounds.

Your scales or the ones at ww? I sometimes weigh myself at the ones at work (a hospital) and they make me 5 1/2 lbs heavier than the ww ones.

I put on weight 2 weeks b4 period not just b4 as I had always thought.

Also exercise can make you gain short term, but sure why but it's happened to other people on here.

When is your weigh day, I put on 3 yesterday but 1 off at my weigh this morning. Our bodies play us some days, hence the advice not to jump off and on the scales.x
