Instant mash on low carb diet?

I know potatoes are out but what about instant mash? Ive replaced my bread with crackerbreads but am struggling to not have mash potatoes.

sorry too many carbs - try mashed cauliflower - if you put enough butter / cream in it doesn't taste too bad

doesnt the butter/cream add up in the calorie stakes though?

it doesn't matter about the calories if you don't have carbs

and instant mash is probably worse than mashed potatoes
