was thinking of trying the alli pills but not sure. any one tried them?

Not me but three friends did and no lasting success because willpower does not come in tablet form - sadly.

My Dad was on this a few years ago from the doctor before it became a mainstream drug available at the pharmacy.

Be careful - apparently it gives you really loose bowels. I think it works by stopping the fat digesting which means that it clearly needs to come out somewhere else!

My Dad gave it up after a few months as he got fed up with never being able to tell when he was going to need to suddenley rush off!
