Gina - I tried so many diet clubs over the years and they never worked for me, so I know what you mean. It was the embarrissing weigh-ins that I hated, especially when I didn't lose or put on!
But that was then and this is now! I feel like I have at last found the diet for me after trying everything else!
Whats your goal weight?

Mummymels - I think I come out of ketosis quite quickly. Do you get any headaches when you have to get back into it?

mummymels · 11/05/2010 20:09

Funny you should ask simmo because I have had a really bad headache today. It will probably last 3-4 days and if I make sure I keep to it then hopefully should go after that.

simmo39 · 11/05/2010 21:56

How you feeling today Mummymels?

Gina - hope you aren't addicted to those scales yet? I go on mine at least once a day!

mummymels · 13/05/2010 22:38

Thanks for asking simmo. Headache still there in the background but its bearable now. I've been good the last couple of days now so back on track.

How are things going with you?

Hi everyone, well done to all rhose who have lost. I have dropped another few pounds which is amazing as haven't been too strict with diet this week! Have just purchased 30 day shred (DVD) after reading so much about it on MN. Have just watched it through and my muscles ache at the thought.

gina84uk · 15/05/2010 11:46

lost 3lb last week
Yarninmonkey - I completed day 10 of level 1 today on 30 day shred. Have you started it yet?

mummymels · 18/05/2010 22:46

Gina - Well done on starting to lose so quickly. Well done too on getting on the bike.

YarninMonkey - Well done on your loss. I keep meaning to buy that DVD as everyone on MN raves about it.

Simmo - Well done on your loss.

Well, I really am not doing too well lately. I went to the NCT conference at the weekend and found it near on impossible to keep to low carb so I didn't keep to it. I also wanted to join in with the drinks and meals. I've been good since I got back though so definitely no more cheating from me.

YarninMonkey · 18/05/2010 22:59

simmo39 I have completed day 1 of the shred on Sunday and i have been unable to move since. Seriously have been taking painkillers, my thighs are agony!!! Think i went in a bit too enthusiastically!! Well done on day 10, have you had much pain? Hope to get moving again tomorrow, as have worked my way through a packet of choc digestives today...feeling sorry for myself.

simmo39 · 19/05/2010 20:40

My thighs were really bad for the first few days, found it hard to sit down to go to the loo! But it does ease up so try to keep going. Follow Anita for the easier option that is what I have been doing.

Day 1 of level 2 today, it was good but my back aches now, am sitting here with loads of cushions wedged behind me!

There is an exercise called a 'walking press up' ! I'll let you find out for yourself in 10 days time

Mummymels - keep with it you have done so well. Do you still get the food from Go Lower?

YarninMonkey · 19/05/2010 21:37

Haven't watched level 2 yet, don't want to spoil the surprise!! Legs much better today, poor you with your back. The things we do for weight loss. My dh just marginally reduces food intake for a few weeks and he is buying smaller trousers, sickens me!

mummymels · 25/05/2010 23:52

Yarnin & Simmo - what does the 30 day shred actually consist of? I know I should just buy it it find out but I am curious.

Simmo - Yes I do still get food from Go Lower. I had started getting less of it but now that I have been cheating a lot lately I think I need to do a few more days of Go Lower food mostly.

Yarnin - It is very annoying how men lose weight so much quicker isn't it!

Albansanne · 09/11/2010 11:00

I've been doing the celebrity slim meal replacement diet for a couple of weeks now and the lbs are falling off but not too quickly, just a nice even weight loss. The diet is good as there's no hunger between meals and the shakes are bars are really delicious. I'd recommend!
