I need to lose weight.

I have done 30 minutes on the Wii every day for 12 days, missing one, then 2 days of 1 hour 7 minutes.

How much exercise do I really need to do to actually start losing weight? It can't all be about the food I eat as I don't eat very much but must be eating the wrong stuff.

Salads, crackers, cottage cheese, dips, cereal, bananas, pears, cereals, cooked dinner at night.

I gave up alcohol for Lent and haven't started again. Used to drink too much lemonade but now stick to juices, water and milk.

Dh and I have trouble eating breakfast.

Fresh juice or squash? Very easy get lots of extra cals from fresh juice. Hope it's skimmed milk otherwise lots of calories. Other than that I can't fault you!

I know I should drink water and max 3 decaf coffees with skimmed milk per day, but I have a weakness for diet coke and sitting on my arse and relaxing. But I really enjoy exercises once I've made the effort. As the americans say, go figure.

Fresh juice and squash, squash less so. Yes, skimmed milk.
