What do you have for lunch at work on SW?

I've nearly done two weeks on SW and lost 7lbs. Yay!

But I'm getting a bit bored of lean meat and salad for lunch. I could do with some things I can prepare the evening before I think as mornings are enough of a rush dragging myself out the door.

I usually have cereal for breakfast so that's my healthy a and b accounted for. Evening meal is usually meat and salad/veg or chilli or something (no added fat etc).

So for lunch I've been having ham/chicken/prawns and salad or baked potato and beans from the shop, but I'm starting to get a bit bored.

Any thoughts? What do you take to work?

AlicesWonderland · 23/04/2010 11:38

spaghetti hoop?

pasta salad with tuna or prawns

Noodle salad kind of thing sorry not much help

I have a fat free yogurt with shopping fruit for breakfast and then a ham and cheese toastie for lunch most days

What's the quiche Joby?

Oh, yes beans/spag on toast is popular at home but I wouldn't have it at work because the kitchen is a nightmare!

I'm imagining pasta salad would be a bit dull and dry without lashings of beautiful hellman's! How can it be nice?

I do love the muller lights tho - still not bored of those.

When I did sw I had a lot of couscous on green days. Pre packed ones just add boiling water.

trying to remember coz its ages since I've made it ...
tub of natural v.l.fat cott cheese (drained), 2 eggs (I think), corned beef.

mash the corned beef into bottom of dish mix eggs & cott cheese add seasoning. put mix on top of corned beef. in a mod oven til cooked (think approx 20 mins) can add toms (sliced ) on top or onions in the mix.

used to be free on a red day

corned beef?!

Didn't realise corned beef was SW compatible. Sounds interesting, I'll have to give it a go!
