Rosemary Conley does anyone know how it works?

Do you know how the rosemary conley diet works is it points like weightwatchers or lots of weighing of food etc

It's mainly low fat. I don't think there's much weighing involved - she just encourages a healthy balanced diet. I've got a couple of her cookbooks and some of the recipes are lovely.

I don't think there's much taste involved. Plus, would you really want to end up all lollipop shaped like her?

It's calorie controlled and fat controlled. You keep under 4 grammes of fat per 100 grammes of food, and stick to a calorie allowance which varies between 1400 - 1800 calories depending on your weight. Exercise is also important, if you go to a class you'll do a 45 minute workout as well as having a weigh-in.

150 calories a day of your allowance is for a treat - anything you like, as high-fat as you like, but only up to the 150 calories.
