just that really!! I lost just over a stone following WW before xmas but seem to have got stuck

Either I lose motivation half way through the week or I follow it to the letter and don't lose anything and so it's a vicious circle

I was going to try Slimming World but just cannot afford to go at the moment, could anyone give me the rules so I can just do it myself

Or any other ideas that have worked for anyone else

How tall are you and how much do you weigh? If you're not actually overweight your weight loss will slow down which can be disheartening at first.
I really recommend low carbing. I have lost just over 4 stone since the middle of October following Neris and India's Idiot Proof Diet, takign me from a size 18, 14. 5 stone to a size 10-12 9 stone 12. I have been really happy with the results. I wanted to get back down to a 14 which is what I was before falling pg with my son, but have lost more than that with pretty little effort. I think the thing that has helped me a lot is gettign out every single day for a big walk- once dd is at school I strap ds into his buggy and go for a walk all over town. I haven't gone near a gym or an exercise video, so the walking has definately been the exercise that has helped me. I don't need to lose any more, but I do want to try and get down to a comfortable size 10, which is maybe half a stone away.

I think there's a thread on here about paul Mckenna's diet. It really does work. it's basically eating whenever you're hungry but eating slowly and consciously and stopping when you'feel full so re educate yourself. There's no calorie counting, but i like to eat healthily anyway so i do.

You loose much quicker on it if you do extra exercise as well esp. if you're abit older like me
