I bought the 30 day shred DVD and its really good - so looked at buying any other DVDs of hers but they all say this:

Region 1 encoding (requires a North American or multi-region DVD player and NTSC compatible TV. More about DVD formats.)

Anyone bought one that is ok for UK tv? and where from or anyone know any similar high intensity but short workout DVDs

sorry don't know anything about region 1 dvd's etc , but just had to agree with you about the 30 day shred DVD. I bought it & one of my friend got it about a week lateer, now we both willl tell anyone how amazing it is. It's almost like we're in a cult

I bought the 30 day shred in the US and have a cheap dvd player (17 quid from ASDA) that will play region 1 dvd's. I don't think any of her other ones have been released over here yet.

Racmac - do you know anyone who has a Region one DVD amongst your friends - if so you could then check if your DVD will play it. (I've only just thought of this myself so will be asking my mates the same question) if my DVD will then I'm ordering her other DVD's too. I've looked at buying the Biggest loser ones made by the UK team but as they don't have Jillian on I kinda don't wnat them - she rocks.

No i dont Joby but just googled my DVD player and there seems to be a hack code that you can put in to make it play different region DVD's.

But bit wary about buying a DVD if it doesnt work

I wanted the DVD's with her on as well - I wasnt aware that there were some without her!

You would think that as 30 day shred is UK then they would make the others the same
