Is anyone else following this diet - I have lost 4lb in first week and like using the food diary but wondered how people are getting on after the two week fast track?

I lost 7lbs so it does work and im on it again although Im not doing the yoga part,good luck xx

I'm not doing it online, I make myself go to a class (but I don't always stay to exercise ) and I've lost 2 1/2 stone in 6 months. Tis good and dead easy to follow. In fact, doesn't really feel like a 'diet' at all.
Keep going!!

Ive just signed up again today. I lost over a stone a couple of years back and kept most of it off until the summer when I got back into my bad habits! so here goes....

Starting tomorrow, just wondering what to have for my last supper

Ooh, was just about to start a thread asking about this diet.

What sort of things do you eat? I spent a while on the website but I couldn't figure it out.

I've done WW in the past, and loved the fact I could continue my chocolate/wine habit...... but I actually think I need a month of someone telling me exactly what to eat (as long as its nice food!)

Its all about healthy eating and its really easy to follow.

Basically you have an amount of caleries you can eat for each meal and 2 power snacks in between. Apart from the odd exception, foods should be less than 5% fat.

You should aim to eat 5 portions of fruit and veg each day and drink plenty of water. You must also have 3/4 pint of milk.

Thats basically it. Its really simple and you do get good results and the weight stays off better than other diets ive found.
