I've had sme delicious fat free meals today. nice selection of veggies, soem quorn etc. but i want cheese, and butter, and lard, and oil, and peanut butter, and cheese.

How do I withdraw from it?

If you follow a low carb diet you don't need to! Fat is encouraged rather than forbidden.
