I can't get my head around this BMI thing.
Supposedly it allows you to have a weight between 18 and 24, right? Even though sometimes it says 24, not 25. But then I read somewhere that it varies with age - the older you are the higher a BMI you can have.
But then I read that some guy from the National Obesity forum reckons you should have a BMI of 21. And according to the Tesco diet thing your BMI should be lower if you have a small body frame or something.
So what's the answer?
