save yourself reading the book...
here's the basic concept:

  1. eat what you like, not what you think you're supposed to eat.
  2. eat until you're full and then stop eating.
  3. eat slow and enjoy every bite.
  4. only eat when you're hungry.

woman at college has lost 11 lbs on this since feb.

I started this last week - have lost 4-5 lbs (although not supposed to weigh for 2 weeks according to the book!). It's fab, just common sense really - eat only when hungry.
