I've tried a couple before, but never got around to doing one regularly, are there any that are actually motivating and fun to do? Which one has actually got you exercising at home?

Compared to gym classes that I've done in the past I would recommend Davina, she is slightly irritating in it but its easy to follow and works.

Yup, also a big Davina fan, my fave being the three 30min workouts in this set, may as well get the set though as the other dvd is practically free and is good too.

I also rate the 10 minute solution one in particular the belly fat one.

i like davina's total body workout.
but don't do it on a slippy run on a wooden floor, you'll twist your hip.

Davina.

Davina.

Davina.

Any of hers.

All of hers.

Davina here too. Works up a sweat no other fitness dvd has managed. Have got EA Active for the wii also and the 30 day challange is pretty good too.
