Breastfeeding and Dieting - Silly Question

Hi all
I just had a thought this evening about loosing weight while breastfeeding. Probably a really daft one.
Do I weigh more before I feed the baby?
And less after?
Would it help at weigh in if I feed the baby first?
See I told you it was daft. But now I am really interested to know.

I would imagine it would make a really small difference to your weigh-in that might not even register in the scales. When I was breastfeeding and dieting I would get on the scales in the morning after I had gone for a wee and after I had done the morning feed from both sides.

Not sure if that helps??

Good luck with your weight loss!

Hi thanks for answering.
I just thought every last oz helps.
I dont weigh myself till I have been the loo in the mornings either.
I have stuck to it for a week so I feel good about that, but should take a year to loose it all.
I am just glad when any of it comes off.
