Anyone up for exercising (virtually) together? (I'm a lazy sod & i'll never bother to do it on my own...)

We could do a different excercise every day and increase reps together. Or maybe follow a programme like this.

I'm starting from total lack of fitness by the way, so i'm thinking quite gentle...

Anyone up for it??

muscles ouch.

ParkDweller · 13/08/2009 23:37

Ok, but you've got to nag me back: I completely forgot to do the exercises today.
Just off to bed and then remembered that i should log on here, but entirely failed to think about why until i saw your message.

So that's a total of about three days until i forgot/couldn't be bothered! -Great record eh?.

S'pose I'd better drag myself off to do it then...

I have to say I bought a Wii & Wii fit on 04.04.09 & EA Sports active on the day it cam out in May. Now weigh 16lbs less & have lost loads of inches. I cannot recommend it enough - if you are competitive I think it could reeally work for you

I lost the thread. I did kinda give up but pain induced. I think this is my problem with motivation rather then the exercise bit.
I think i shall fall off the wagon permenatly for the moment. sorry

HELLO

OurLadyOfPerpetualSupper · 28/08/2009 22:47

Hello back!
I've been on holiday for a week (on a boat, so minimal space), but managed to do some lower-body exercises every other day - squats, lunges etc.
Did 30 mins on the Wii personal trainer yesterday, and intend to do it again tomorrow.
I absolutely hate exercise, but I do feel loads better after it, and my inner vain creature is noticing the rather attractive toned appearance my legs are taking on.
