I used to do it all the time before I had my ds 6 yrs ago and always stayed at a steady 9st. I used to stuff my face all morning then slow down as the day went on, stopping at 4 o clock (eat like a king for breakfast etc...!). I've tried everything but it seems I'm gonna have to resort bk to that again to lose my last 2st! I'm 5'6" and currently weighing in at 11.2-ish. Thing is now I've got my ds I'm obviously a lot more concerned about the health issues of it but I KNOW it works for me! Is it really such a bad idea?!
