nomorecake~I had no progress on scales for several days then today it is down,haven't done anything any differently,it just doesn't always show straight away.
Also keeping to the cals means we won't put what we have already lost back on.

I am making soup today~courgette and onion from the garden and a tin of tomatoes.Soup is good becos you can have lots of it lol.
Got some new crackers from M & S yesterday in the "eat well" range,and some cottage cheese[a bit gungey]and cold meats.
Still off bread and spread#was my biggest problem lol.

I have stopped eating the same evening meal as everyone else~another problem,I am having a plate of meat,salad,cracker,etc instead.
