Another Alli post! but I really wanted to see what anyone has used it is doing..
I bought some and its in the cupboard, I'm try to plan my menu without sucess.
I got the book from Amazon this morning but am none the wiser.
The book says that I should have 1800 cals and 60g of fat per day spread evenly over 3 meals and a snack.
So for breakfast they suggest something like a crumpet with spread and cheese, as well as cereal.
I had Xenical on prescription a few years ago, so I know about the side effects, but dont want to make sure I do the diet properly.
What do you have for meals? How much have you lost? I need inspiration
