i only need to lose about 9 lbs, and as I can't abide "healthy" food, I thought I would just eat the same, just less of it, to see how I got on, but I'm so hungry all the time! I started on Monday, & I think I've only lost a pound!
Well, honestly, I can't keep it up, I thought my stomach would have shrunk a bit by now, so that I don't feel so hungry, but it hasn't, I'm starting to feel really dispondent.
Ok, rant over, I'll go suck an ice cube now...
