Liver Cleansing Diet - Anyone?

I am going to give this a go for the next 8 weeks. Think my liver needs serious help. My health food shop and boots dont stock livatone or livatoneplus and I wondered if it is worth me catching a bus to get some elsewhere. Does anyone know if it is called something different in this country and where I can get it from?

What signs do you have to make you feel like your liver needs help. I have a family friend who would also be interested in this, but they don't live in this country.
