I have now run out of it, but I have lost about 2kg. Had no adverse effects even on the one occasion when I ate 300g of biscuits. Perhaps they only occur if you are susceptible to the side effects.

I need to buy some more. I wonder though if you do need to eat a certain amount of fat for them to work properly, I eat a v low fat diet, my downfall is usually quantity and sugar so do any veterans think a higher fat diet would work better?

Hi,
I'm using it too. On my second bottle now and have lost about 3kg.

One of my problems is when I eat/get hungry. I get up with DD at about 6:30am, but because of DP's job, I don't get to eat my main meal until at least 9pm, sometimes as late as 11pm (& I don't want to cook twice).

So, I'm trying to eat breakfast late (more like lunchtime) then eat lunch at about 4-5pm (and skip it if I can), then dinner at 9pm. I'm really trying hard not to snack or drink much too - but not always succeeding.
