Because I (almost) blew it last weekend - the temptations were too much.
So this weekend, the plan is:
- Plan my food and more importantly drink intake, down to how much wine (I'm on FF, but same would apply to WW and other diets).
- Get loads of exercise to offset against the nosh
- shop for low fat stuff I can have without too much guilt
- Tell the family what I'm doing
- No more than 200 calories for breakfast
It's going to be a challenge - bank holiday and we're going out for a birthday meal
